Ingredients Kg
Sweet dough mix 12.5 kg
Yeast 0.5 kg
Bakers fat 0.3 kg
Water 6.75 kg

Method

Mix all ingredients to a well developed dough

mix for 2 minutes on slow and 4 minutes fast speed

Scale dough at 30 grams or 0.9 kg per head

Prepare pans and pack on pans

The dinner rolls can be decorated with any seeds or flour before proving

Proof for 55 minutes

Bake at 220 degrees for 5 minutes with open damper
