Method

Mix all the ingredients in the mixer with spatula for 5 minutes at low speed

Put the dough into molds, previously sprayed with our release agent Carlex Spray

Decorate the surface as you usually do

Bake at 180 - 190 degrees for 40 minutes (for cakes of 400 g)

Open the wolves in the last 5 minutes
