Whole egg 0.8 kg
Water 0.2 kg

 

Method

Mix the ingredients in the mixer with whisk for 5-6 minutes at maximum speed

Put in molds, previously sprayed with our release agent Carlex Spray

Bake for 25 minutes at approximately 180 degrees
