Zeelandia White Bread Superior Mix 12.5 kg
Yeast (wet) or 150 grams dry yeast 0.5 kg
Water 7 kg
Fat 0.375 kg


How to make

Mix all ingredients to a well-developed dough – mix for 2 minutes on slow and 4 minutes fast speed

Scale 780g for a standard bread and 450g for a mini loaf

Proof for 60 minutes Bake at 220°C for 10 seconds with steam and closed damper

Bake for 22 minutes open damper for the last 10 minutes
