    Mix the ingredients during 5 minutes at second speed with a flat beater.
    Pipe 120 dots of approx. 10 g batter on a baking sheet covered with silicon paper.
    Let them dry for at least one hour.

    Baking temperature: 150 °C
    Baking time: 25 minutes

    For coloured macarons add colour (decrease the amount of water with colour).
    Pipe a dot 4 gram of macaron filling on one of the macarons and cover with another
