Vinegar 0.16 kg

    How to make

    Mix oupa mix, yeast, oil and all the water on 2 minutes slow and 4 minutes fast.

    At the last minute add the vinegar to the mix while it is still mixing.

    Scale dough with your hand as it is very soft to a required weight.

    Flattened dough by pressing your hand in water.

    Proof for 50 minutes. Bake at 220°C with 10 seconds steam and close damper.

    After 10 minutes of baking open damper and reduce the temperature to 200°C.

    Baking time ± 25 minutes.

    After baking melt some butter and brush on top of bread.
