Eggs 1.760 kg
Milk 3.520 kg

Preparation

    Mix all ingredients on first speed until all ingredients are binded together, use a beater.
    Mix on 2nd speed for 3 minutes
    Flour dust the table and roll out the scone to a 15 mm thickness
    Put on baking trays, egg wash the scone and allow to stand for 10 to 15 minutes before baking
    Baking temperature 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool down
